Two of my children have been in braces sine Nov. 1st, 2018 with the Orthodontist specialists in Florence, Ky.  I was referred by a friend who had a daughter already in braces with them.  My children and I have had the most professional, skilled and the most courteous and kind treatment from everyone on their staff from beginning to end!!!  My daughter just got her braces removed this week and her smile is so beautiful!!!  My son had a cross bite and will likely be finished with his orthodontic treatment plan by the end of the year.  His smile will be amazing and he will be able to go into his adult life with no worries regarding this important aspect of his health!!!  I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. NOLL and Dr. Ison. Great experience very thorough and encouraging. My son had an issue keeping his invisalign in his mouth (spitting them out at night). We went back in and with no problem switched to braces. I'm so happy with the results and our experience with the staff and dentist. Very bucktoothed (like his mom) and now gorgeous!! And investing in your smile, is nothing to low ball or play about! 2. Dr. Kim is AMAZING!!!!!! From the first time we met, he has been AWESOME!!! And his team, is equally as great! Cassie is who works on my teeth EVERY TIME and my only preference to work on my teeth, and she is so personable and so considerate and just super sweet! The whole team is so open and super energetic!!!! I can literally go on all day! But there is a reason there are the top 1% practice!!!! I went in wanting to improve my smile & ended up improving my teeth, their longevity & their health! I could not be happier & am so very grateful! Although the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, I was very impressed with the graciousness with which they greeted patients.  They were welcoming, friendly & obviously cared about me. I could not help noticing that the relationship between the staff, their patients & doctors is very warm, much like a congenital family. I also am not the best with directions & had to call due to getting lost.  I Really appreciate  their helpfulness & patience. I have always been unhappy with the gap between my front teeth, and was subconscious about it.  Smiling was something that I didn't do much of in pictures if I could help it.  I finally decided at 38 years old to go, and have a consultation done to see what options I had available to me.  Dr. Noll was great and helped me feel comfortable with what I needed to have done, and they made it affordable for me.  Not only was it affordable they were giving me the option to do regular braces or even invisalign.  I opted for the regular braces , and we had them moved and just the way I always hoped for in just a little under 2 years.  After 38 years, I had finally taken the step towards fixing something that had always bothered me, and now that it is over I can't say that I regret it for a second. I’ve had braces before as a teenager, so needing treatment again as an adult was frustrating. Thankfully this office made the experience feel manageable instead of embarrassing. The orthodontist explained why my teeth shifted over time and created a plan that fit my schedule. One appointment had to be paused because of equipment trouble, but the staff stayed professional and finished everything properly once it was resolved. I previously had braces, but my teeth started moving   quite bit suddenly. I went to Dr. Ison and Dr. Noll to get them straightened back out. Using invisalign they were able to get everything looking great, and got it all done pretty quickly. Would have been less than a year if I had followed instructions a little better. I had braces in middle school and the experience I had was phenomenal. After a marriage, baby and move I lost my retainers but worse my bottom teeth began to shift. I made an appointment with Dr. Ison and he was kind enough to order a retainer for me at no charge which is very generous of him. Other members of my family have had braces and gone through Dr. Ison because he makes us feel that we are more than just a patient. Now that I have a child I will definitely take him to see Dr. Ison when the time comes for braces. He is extremely caring and will make your experience with braces stress free. With their advice,I had the baby tooth removed and the impacted canine exposed, followed by an OS treatment plan. I now have a new adult canine tooth and I couldn't be happier with my experience!!
