Can’t say enough about Dr. Noll and his staff! Incredibly helpful and thorough. Prior to working with Dr. Noll, I had been bounced around between several orthodontists, endodontists, dentists, and oral surgeons...all with different opinions and treatment plans for my situation. Dr. Noll’s practice has been excellent and confidently put together a plan that gave me an excellent smile...while coordinating efforts with these other docs. I love that they are always willing to address any questions or concerns I may have. They always proactively ask about any questions I may have. They really make a large practice feel “small.” I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Noll was able to take a seemingly difficult task/case and make it so easy for me as a patient. I went to Dr. Ison when I was 54 years old to get braces to correct an overbite that had plagued me for years.  I was suprised at the cost of the procedure; the ability to pay on time; and how quickly he could correct my problem (9 months). To give you an example of the "Value", I paid more that twice as much over 20 years ago to have an Orthodontist put braces on my teeth.  I was not able to complete the treatment, because we moved.  It was very refreshing to find someone who was reasonable. Since, then I have had a couple of minor issues, which he has addressed immediatlely without additional charges. His staff has always been very knowledgeable and friendly.  They make my visit very pleasant.  And we all know how important that is when you are having your teeth worked on. Thank Dr. Ison & staff. I actually got to get my braces off a few months early and I think it's because they truly know what they're doing when it comes to fixing people's teeth. We have been coming here for almost year. The staff is amazing and I have recommended them to several of my friends who were in need of orthodontic services for their children. My daughter sees Dr. Noll in the Eastgate office and he is worth the drive we make from the westside every month. We have never had any trouble getting an appointment that fits our schedule and we have never been kept waiting in the lobby. They always get us right in, take the time to answer all our questions, and explain what our next steps will be. Under the care and direction of Dr. Noll, my daughter got her braces off today, in less than 2 years and her teeth are beautiful! We are so happy with the results! Dr. Noll and the entire staff are so caring, professional and very clearly experts in the field. The entire process went smoothly and every minute detail was covered and taken care of. All of the clinicians are wonderful, well trained experts in their position. We never once had a bad experience. We particularly are so grateful for Brandon who is so amazingly good at what he does!! I had braces in middle school and the experience I had was phenomenal. After a marriage, baby and move I lost my retainers but worse my bottom teeth began to shift. I made an appointment with Dr. Ison and he was kind enough to order a retainer for me at no charge which is very generous of him. Other members of my family have had braces and gone through Dr. Ison because he makes us feel that we are more than just a patient. Now that I have a child I will definitely take him to see Dr. Ison when the time comes for braces. He is extremely caring and will make your experience with braces stress free.
