I came to Orthodontic Specialist of Eastgate because I had a baby tooth (front canine) and an impacted adult canine tooth. With their advice,I had the baby tooth removed and the impacted canine exposed, followed by an OS treatment plan. I now have a new adult canine tooth and I couldn't be happier with my experience!! After 2 years i had to go back for a new retainer after getting a new crown. They have a new way to make a retainer now. I didn't have to make a mold by burying my teeth in that stuff. It's made from an image. I was in and out quickly. Love this place!  1st review 2 years ago: Dr. Noll and his staff are awesome! Under the care and direction of Dr. Noll, my daughter got her braces off today, in less than 2 years and her teeth are beautiful! We are so happy with the results! Dr. Noll and the entire staff are so caring, professional and very clearly experts in the field. The entire process went smoothly and every minute detail was covered and taken care of. All of the clinicians are wonderful, well trained experts in their position. We never once had a bad experience. We particularly are so grateful for Brandon who is so amazingly good at what he does!! Wow!  What an incredible first impression!  You walk in to a beautiful, bright, relaxing waiting room and are greeted by a very friendly desk team.  And everything else just continued to impress!  The doctors were friendly and informative. Our son is young and showing early signs of an issue. They offered a conservative approach of exercises before doing any corrective implement. I have had 3 kiddos come through the practice, 2 in eastgate and we have ALWAYS had a great experience. Even when we had insurance troubles they took the worry out of my hands and got it handled. At the age of 73, I had certainly ‘peaked’ a long time ago! I was surprised when Dr. Noll told me I had severely ground down & worn my teeth & that I had a cross bite! I went in wanting to improve my smile & ended up improving my teeth, their longevity & their health! I could not be happier & am so very grateful! Although the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, I was very impressed with the graciousness with which they greeted patients.  They were welcoming, friendly & obviously cared about me. I could not help noticing that the relationship between the staff, their patients & doctors is very warm, much like a congenital family. I also am not the best with directions & had to call due to getting lost.  I Really appreciate  their helpfulness & patience. I struggled with self esteem before finding orthodontics specialist due to the way my teeth looked. Dr.Ison and Dr.Knoll made my 3 year journey of having braces painless and super easy!! They were very cooperative and understanding with taking my braces off midway through treatment as I had to leave for military training and worked with me to have them back on as soon as i got back. The staff is amazing, along with communication between them and their patients.
