After 2 years i had to go back for a new retainer after getting a new crown. They have a new way to make a retainer now. I didn't have to make a mold by burying my teeth in that stuff. It's made from an image. I was in and out quickly. Love this place!  1st review 2 years ago: Dr. Noll and his staff are awesome! I never thought I could afford braces although I knew I needed them so one day I was at a doctor's office in Florence when I met the nicest lady ever who talked to me non stop for about an hour as she waited on her daughter to come pick her up. By the time her daughter came, I felt like I knew her daughter personally. This daughter was a drop dead gorgeous young woman who introduced herself. For me, being a lesbian, I'm normally pretty shy when it comes complementing other women because I never want to make anyone uncomfortable. Never the less, I had to comment on her nice smile. She shared that her smile hadn't always been that way. She shared that she was a patient of orthodontist specialist and how professional and friendly the staff was and suggested I take advantage of the free consultation with Dr. Kevin Ison. She shared that the payments were flexible and affordable (as if she needed flexibility).  I had no intention on going because financially, I wasn't in the best position; all of a sudden her mom pulled out her cell and showed me some ugly duckling before pictures of her daughter, I knew I had to at least make an effort to visit this miracle worker. Update: Today my braces came off afterv2 years, and I look damn good! I got the up most respect and admiration for the friendly and compassionate staff. The payments were very reasonable. I loss my mom a few months ago unexpectedly. Im healing but still broken. The staff checked on me with daily words of encouragement. They gave me hugs when I needed them most. I was at my lowest point and needed a reason to keep going and they were professional but human. Update: my braces were removed today and though I'm still struggling to put my life back together, I look damn good! The lady I met that day became a second mother of a different color; the daughter with the nice smile is my friend who's joined at my hip. I had always served my community but now, she's right there with me. I think she has found her calling. We are feeding the homeless and serving our communities together with plans to do even more. I don't  give reviews but I want everybody needing the service to experience this level of professionalism which was extended to me. This is not a referral but an invite for you to become part of OUR professional, exceptional service family. I've been to the Kenwood office and the Florence office and love them both. I went in wanting to improve my smile & ended up improving my teeth, their longevity & their health! I could not be happier & am so very grateful! Although the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, I was very impressed with the graciousness with which they greeted patients.  They were welcoming, friendly & obviously cared about me. I could not help noticing that the relationship between the staff, their patients & doctors is very warm, much like a congenital family. I also am not the best with directions & had to call due to getting lost.  I Really appreciate  their helpfulness & patience. Well I didn’t think my teeth needed much work done, but my wife pushed me to get it done. I had braces when I was 14, wore a retainer for next year and then stopped until going back about 20 years later. I had my frustrating moments along the way, having to commit to wearing them 21 hrs per day but looking back it was well worth it. The staff are all professionals and required perfection. Can’t say enough about Dr. Noll and his staff! Incredibly helpful and thorough. Prior to working with Dr. Noll, I had been bounced around between several orthodontists, endodontists, dentists, and oral surgeons...all with different opinions and treatment plans for my situation. Dr. Noll’s practice has been excellent and confidently put together a plan that gave me an excellent smile...while coordinating efforts with these other docs. I love that they are always willing to address any questions or concerns I may have. They always proactively ask about any questions I may have. They really make a large practice feel “small.” I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Noll was able to take a seemingly difficult task/case and make it so easy for me as a patient. My daughter had a terrible crossbite.  During consultation, there were recommendations of jaw surgery and teeth extraction.  The orthodontist were very cautious about doing anything extreme.  We started the braces process.   The doctors were amazing through the entire process.  She didn’t need surgery and she was able to keep all her teeth! I’ve had braces before as a teenager, so needing treatment again as an adult was frustrating. Thankfully this office made the experience feel manageable instead of embarrassing. The orthodontist explained why my teeth shifted over time and created a plan that fit my schedule. One appointment had to be paused because of equipment trouble, but the staff stayed professional and finished everything properly once it was resolved. I actually got to get my braces off a few months early and I think it's because they truly know what they're doing when it comes to fixing people's teeth. My 7 year old was one of those unusual cases that needed braces at such a young age. She was very nervous going in but had Jillian applying them, whom she warmed up to right away. Jillian was extremely patient, kind and talked her through the whole process.
