I absolutely love doctor Ison & Noll they are wonderful people and their multiple offices make if very convenient. I got in an accident a year and a half ago and lost my front tooth, I wanted perfect straight teeth before getting a tooth implant. They made sure my teeth had the proper spacing and communicated with my periodontist to make sure everything was going well durning my treatment so we could get my tooth implant done ASAP. Not only were the doctors amazing but the staff was magnificent. They all knew my situation and made me feel very comfortable in the office even though I knew I looked like a goober when getting my wires changed. Two of my children have been in braces sine Nov. 1st, 2018 with the Orthodontist specialists in Florence, Ky.  I was referred by a friend who had a daughter already in braces with them.  My children and I have had the most professional, skilled and the most courteous and kind treatment from everyone on their staff from beginning to end!!!  My daughter just got her braces removed this week and her smile is so beautiful!!!  My son had a cross bite and will likely be finished with his orthodontic treatment plan by the end of the year.  His smile will be amazing and he will be able to go into his adult life with no worries regarding this important aspect of his health!!!  I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. NOLL and Dr. Ison. Where do I start? This is the best orthodontist, hands-down I went to several practices for my daughter prior to her having to get braces. After visiting multiple different offices and practices we decided this one was it the office manager Niki is amazing all the orthodontics are so knowledgeable and it was the most cost effective they did so well with my daughters teeth and helping with her severe over bite! About a year later my three boys got old enough, and we were referred again to see a Orthodontist for them as soon as we heard that we already knew who to call we also got referral adjustments from the orthodontic specialist for each one of our children being a patient there, which was a huge help. Well I didn’t think my teeth needed much work done, but my wife pushed me to get it done. I had braces when I was 14, wore a retainer for next year and then stopped until going back about 20 years later. I had my frustrating moments along the way, having to commit to wearing them 21 hrs per day but looking back it was well worth it. The staff are all professionals and required perfection. I never thought I could afford braces although I knew I needed them so one day I was at a doctor's office in Florence when I met the nicest lady ever who talked to me non stop for about an hour as she waited on her daughter to come pick her up. By the time her daughter came, I felt like I knew her daughter personally. This daughter was a drop dead gorgeous young woman who introduced herself. For me, being a lesbian, I'm normally pretty shy when it comes complementing other women because I never want to make anyone uncomfortable. Never the less, I had to comment on her nice smile. She shared that her smile hadn't always been that way. She shared that she was a patient of orthodontist specialist and how professional and friendly the staff was and suggested I take advantage of the free consultation with Dr. Kevin Ison. She shared that the payments were flexible and affordable (as if she needed flexibility).  I had no intention on going because financially, I wasn't in the best position; all of a sudden her mom pulled out her cell and showed me some ugly duckling before pictures of her daughter, I knew I had to at least make an effort to visit this miracle worker. Update: Today my braces came off afterv2 years, and I look damn good! I got the up most respect and admiration for the friendly and compassionate staff. The payments were very reasonable. I loss my mom a few months ago unexpectedly. Im healing but still broken. The staff checked on me with daily words of encouragement. They gave me hugs when I needed them most. I was at my lowest point and needed a reason to keep going and they were professional but human. Update: my braces were removed today and though I'm still struggling to put my life back together, I look damn good! The lady I met that day became a second mother of a different color; the daughter with the nice smile is my friend who's joined at my hip. I had always served my community but now, she's right there with me. I think she has found her calling. We are feeding the homeless and serving our communities together with plans to do even more. I don't  give reviews but I want everybody needing the service to experience this level of professionalism which was extended to me. This is not a referral but an invite for you to become part of OUR professional, exceptional service family. I've been to the Kenwood office and the Florence office and love them both.
