My experience at the Eastgate location has been wonderful. The staff has always been friendly and they’ve worked with me to change appointments so easily if my trays arrived early. Dr. Noll is absolutely amazing! I am so happy with how my smile turned out. I will say that I got different quotes around Cincy for Invisalign and this office was the only place from here to downtown that could match what I had been quoted in Miami, FL before moving here. The staff was patient with my child and took time to explain the entire process in terms that both myself and my child understood.  Attached are before and after pictures. I’ve had braces before as a teenager, so needing treatment again as an adult was frustrating. Thankfully this office made the experience feel manageable instead of embarrassing. The orthodontist explained why my teeth shifted over time and created a plan that fit my schedule. One appointment had to be paused because of equipment trouble, but the staff stayed professional and finished everything properly once it was resolved.
