My daughter had a terrible crossbite.  During consultation, there were recommendations of jaw surgery and teeth extraction.  The orthodontist were very cautious about doing anything extreme.  We started the braces process.   The doctors were amazing through the entire process.  She didn’t need surgery and she was able to keep all her teeth! Under the care and direction of Dr. Noll, my daughter got her braces off today, in less than 2 years and her teeth are beautiful! We are so happy with the results! Dr. Noll and the entire staff are so caring, professional and very clearly experts in the field. The entire process went smoothly and every minute detail was covered and taken care of. All of the clinicians are wonderful, well trained experts in their position. We never once had a bad experience. We particularly are so grateful for Brandon who is so amazingly good at what he does!! My experience at the Eastgate location has been wonderful. The staff has always been friendly and they’ve worked with me to change appointments so easily if my trays arrived early. Dr. Noll is absolutely amazing! I am so happy with how my smile turned out. I will say that I got different quotes around Cincy for Invisalign and this office was the only place from here to downtown that could match what I had been quoted in Miami, FL before moving here. As soon as I walked into this beautiful office- I was greeted by Dawn at the front desk and our wonderful conversation made me feel welcomed and at ease. Stacy took me back and reviewed my concerns before I met with Dr. Noll. Stacy was so awesome to work with- she made me feel heard and understood, she was very kind and caring, and her upbeat energy made me feel excited about my appointment! Dr. Noll was so kind and pleasant to speak with, he explained things clearly and gave me multiple options. He is very personable and professional. Today on September 18th, I got my braces removed by an Orthodontist named Brian. He was very comforting and made my experience worth it. He made sure I was okay the entire time and his instructions with taking care of my retainer and teeth moving forward were very clear. I was nervous about getting my braces taken off but as soon as I seen my teeth and smile, I knew I made the right decision coming here. I am VERY pleased and satisfied with my new smile. I had my braces on for 4 years and each appointment was worth the wait.
