This is the best place to get orthodontic treatments. My daughter got her braces here. She finally got them off today and she looks fabulous. The staff her is so nice and sweet. I decided to get my teeth straightened for my wedding next year and I’m almost done with my first set of Invisalign and I can’t say how happy I’ve been with the experience I’ve had with Orthodontic Specialists. Every time I’ve been in they’ve been on time, kind and happy to answer my questions. Dr. Mason always makes sure that I’m comfortable and aware of the plan towards getting my teeth straightened and the technician Genevieve is always so friendly and kind, even remembering small details about the chats we had at previous appointments. At the age of 73, I had certainly ‘peaked’ a long time ago! I was surprised when Dr. Noll told me I had severely ground down & worn my teeth & that I had a cross bite! I went in wanting to improve my smile & ended up improving my teeth, their longevity & their health! I could not be happier & am so very grateful! Although the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, I was very impressed with the graciousness with which they greeted patients.  They were welcoming, friendly & obviously cared about me. I could not help noticing that the relationship between the staff, their patients & doctors is very warm, much like a congenital family. I also am not the best with directions & had to call due to getting lost.  I Really appreciate  their helpfulness & patience. I highly recommend trusting Dr. Noll and Dr. Ison with your orthodontic needs. After talking with my family dentist about wanting a straighter smile, he referred me to Dr. Noll and Dr. Ison. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment from them! My teeth have become much straighter (and whiter- I love the FREE whitening gel that I get with my Invisalign). The staff at the office I visit is so nice and accommodating of my needs. Well I didn’t think my teeth needed much work done, but my wife pushed me to get it done. I had braces when I was 14, wore a retainer for next year and then stopped until going back about 20 years later. I had my frustrating moments along the way, having to commit to wearing them 21 hrs per day but looking back it was well worth it. The staff are all professionals and required perfection. My daughter had a terrible crossbite.  During consultation, there were recommendations of jaw surgery and teeth extraction.  The orthodontist were very cautious about doing anything extreme.  We started the braces process.   The doctors were amazing through the entire process.  She didn’t need surgery and she was able to keep all her teeth! Absolutely amazing staff and doctors! From day one, have enjoyed coming to this practice and have left each visit feeling I have been taken care of and all questions answered. I was referred to Dr Ison at orthodontic specialists in 2000. I had just moved to the Cincinnati area and needed an orthodontist for my daughter. We were so pleased with her results. She has since brought her son and I have brought my granddaughter to receive the excellent service and amazing results of her experience. I would highly recommend this practice.
