Just ask our front desk about our Viva Cards! We will need to attach your name to the card which just takes a minute, this ensures that you get credit for your referral. Once you get the card from the front desk, all you have to do is hand the card to the person you wish to refer to us. Once they start treatment, you both will receive $100.
